Kickstart2School is a community-driven event dedicated to supporting 650 students in North Plains and surrounding communities across Washington County. Many families struggle to afford school supplies, shoes, and healthcare, making back-to-school season stressful instead of exciting. This event removes barriers and ensures every child starts the year prepared and confident—but we can’t do it without your support!

Why Sponsor?

Sponsors help provide essential school supplies, coats, and giveaway items, allowing students to focus on learning instead of worrying about necessities. Sponsorship Opportunities

• Business Partners: Businesses and organizations can host a table at the event, connecting with families while supporting students.  
• School Supplies Sponsor: Seeking a School Supplies Sponsor to help ensure every student receives the essential supplies they need. Sponsors can contribute through monetary donations or product support.
• Coat Sponsor: We are actively seeking a sponsor to provide coats for students—help us keep kids warm this school year!  
• Community Partners Opportunity: Kickstart2School is more than just an event—it’s a lifeline for families in North Plains and surrounding communities across Washington County. Many parents struggle to afford the basics their children need for school, and with no grocery store in North Plains, access to essential resources remains a challenge year-round. By supporting Kickstart2School, sponsors and donors help remove financial barriers so students can start the school year prepared and confident with new shoes, school supplies, and critical health services.

Your sponsorship doesn’t just impact one day—it fuels ongoing community support through the North Plains Food Bank, which serves 920 individuals and 353 families, including 241 senior citizens. At this time we are not able to be an Oregon Food Bank partner. The North Plains Food Bank relies entirely on local donations to ensure families have access to fresh food and household essentials throughout the year.
